Returns & Refund Policy

Overview: This establishes our rules and principles of product sales that support our Veteran programs and community outreach. This is not our primary mission in life, just a resource to support you, Veterans, and our communities with products that have a proven track record of working.

Eligibility: Refunds are only considered on a case-by-case basis. We’re not Wal-Mart and depend on product sales to support our Veteran programs and community outreach efforts.

Non-Returnable Items: Items that have been damaged, opened, or used in any way, and returns need to be requested within 15 days of purchase arrival.

How to Request a Return: Please email ChrisJ@missionsozo.org explaining the problem and how you would like to resolve it. We will need a picture of the receipt and the product. We do not cover the return shipping cost or the new shipping cost.

Refund Processing: Allow 30 days for any refunds once the original item has arrived

Exchanges: Please allow 30 days for requested exchanges once the item(s) have arrived

Damaged or Incorrect Items: Shipping damaged items, please contact us immediately with details and pictures. Incorrect items will be handled on a case-by-case basis after the email is sent to ChrisJ@missionsozo.org
